Vibration & Frequency
“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.” - Nicola Tesla

The universe vibrates. All of it. Everything in it. Everything that exists. On an atomic level, atoms–photons, neutrons, and electrons–move. Constantly. This movement builds friction that creates thermal energy that is expressed as vibration. We know this vibration as sound. As the pitch of the sound changes up or down, this is a sign of a different frequency. Higher frequencies mean higher pitch. Low frequencies produce a lower pitch. A piano’s middle C vibrates at 261.63Hz. A low E string on an American guitar vibrates at 82.41Hz. A dog (generically, not breed or size specific) vibrates at between 4Hz and 32Hz. Humans vibrate at between 5Hz and 16Hz. Humans can audibly hear vibrating frequencies between 20Hz and 20,000Hz. Our homes vibrate between 5Hz and 25Hz. Trees, below 2Hz. A mountain at 6Khz to 12Khz. Space in the 100Hz range. A forest in the 432Hz range. Cities in the 60Hz to 125Hz range. The Earth at 7.83Hz. Ohm…the sound of life itself.
Everything in the universe vibrates. All of it.
I realize some of this sounds foreign to the average human. We don’t think of things in these terms. We’ve been programmed to think otherwise. We hyperfocus on the “what,” not the “how.” If you’ve ever sat behind a studio production desk and operated a recording studio session, as I have, then these numbers make a little more sense. On most recording platforms in this digital age, you can view each track on a frequency spectrum, visually. Even adjust the length, width, and all-over aspects of the frequency wave itself. Again, visually. All effects and volumes and gains and all the other knickknacks of audio recording and performing are measured in Hertz. The very basics of sound vibration. DO-RE-MI-FA-SO-LA-TI-DO FRE-QUEN-CY-WORKS- LIKE-THIS, BI-ATCH.
Conduct an experiment. Your phone has a microphone in it. Go into a room, turn off everything in it, and record a video. Without a sound. Any sound at all. Then play back your video at max volume. The “background noise” is the collective vibrations that the microphone (a device designed to capture vibrations) records. Your ears can’t hear many of these vibrations due to their frequencies. But your phone’s mic can. Hum to the tune of the noise–same pitch or note–and you have found the frequency of its vibration. If you’re tone-deaf, phone a friend. Inside a house, those louder vibrations mostly come from the technology in the home. The low hums of generated power. Electricity. Energy. Repeat the same experiment in the middle of an empty field or a forest on a day when there is zero wind. You will again capture “background noise,” but this time it will be different. Higher pitched, soft, white noise. That noise is the sound of the field or forest and everything around you vibrating. Hum to its tune to find its frequency. See how it is different from inside the house. Again, the mic is designed to hear it. Your ears are numb to it. But your body and mind aren’t. They hear. They engage. They respond.
You vibrate, too. Your bones vibrate at one frequency. Your blood, as it circulates, at another frequency. Your liver may vibrate at yet another frequency. Your brain, at another. And so on. Every part of you vibrates. All the time. As humans, we are animals, but we are also more. We are complex, emotional beings. Spiritual beings. Our soul and spirit and attitudes and emotions–they vibrate, too. Our words are no more than vibrations in our voice box. Science has recorded the actual vibration of a human soul. This is science. This is fact.
Also as humans, we can control the frequency of our vibration. By using our intellect and our intentions, we align our vibrations with the frequencies of other things or people or beings or ideas or goals, even in other places and times. Buddhists called this karma. Jesus called it faith and salvation. Hindus called it Nirvana.
Over the centuries, humans developed meditation to be very deliberate about this alignment. Stillness and meditation allow us to sense and feel and reflect on these vibrations.
It is a truth you already know, Son and Daughter. It is why we say “touch grass”. The low-hum generated frequencies of our civilization are, in many cases- within range of our own hearing. It is noise in our ears. All the time. Within that space, our resonating frequency of, say, 9.44Hz, sounds like an off-key singer in a choir of synthetic energy. Lower. Darker. When we step outside and breathe clean air, it isn’t really the air that makes us feel better. It is the REMOVAL…say again…removal…of frequencies that interfere with our own vibrations. We tend to circle up with other humans that vibrate at frequencies similar to or compatible with our own. We call this harmonic resonance. Different sounds and notes blending to create a single sound. It’s how a harmonica get its name. Musicians call it harmony. Guitarists, specifically, will think of harmonic notes on the fretboard. When a person’s frequency or a group’s frequency becomes too dissonant from our own, problems in the relationship develop. Friends split. Jobs turn south. Financial security looms. It’s what happens until frequencies re-establish and re-align.
Thoughts, Ideas, and Emotions vibrate, too. Consider, as it is believed that Happiness resonates at 432Hz to 528Hz.
Enlightenment- 700Hz to 1000Hz.
Love, Joy, and Peace at 500Hz, 540Hz, and 600Hz, respectively.
Willingness 310Hz
Acceptance 350Hz,
Reason 400Hz.
Interestly, just below Neutrality at 250Hz, is Courage at 200Hz.
Fear, Desire, Anger, and Pride occupy the 100Hz-200Hz range. Rounding out the poor bottom are Shame (20 Hz): The lowest frequency, a sign of shame and deep unworthiness.
Guilt (30 60 Hz): Leads to self-sabotage and regret.
Apathy (50 Hz): A state of despair and deficiency of willpower.
Grief (75 Hz): Deep sadness and grief.
Cell phones vibrate at 130Hz to 180Hz. Same as Fear, Desire, Anger, Pride. Gaming (this gets a little fuzzy depending on setup and gear) at 20Hz to 18Khz. You can see how the vibrations associated with gaming, for example, may interfere with the vibrations of school work or happiness or spending time with your dog. When you are gaming, you don’t want to do these things because you aren’t tuned to their frequencies. When you are forced to do them, it irritates you.
So beyond the question of “Is this real?”, because ”Yes, it is real. It is science. And religion. All in one.”...beyond that, the questions that matter are: What does it matter? How does it change my thinking? What have we, as a species, learned, that I can use? What have we, as a species, missed that I can discover? What are the mistakes that we, as a species, have made that I don’t want to repeat?
Beyond the questions, a warning: “fake it till you make it” is a valid approach to consciously shifting your resonating vibration. It is also a process that should be undertaken VERY deliberately, lest we trample on others in our zeal and self-sabotage our own goals by creating and encouraging low-frequency outcomes. That isn’t good for anyone. It is also a process that is meant to self-correct after a reasonable period of time. If you are still faking it until you make it after 25 years, you’ve missed something. It’s ok. But when that happens, take responsibility for your failure. That, too, vibrates. As does a failure to own up. By failing to recognize that you’ve self-sabotaged your life, you have already self-sabotaged your beginning before it even comes clear.
