The Secret Chord And The Heart Of Enki: David Tames The Gods.
Updated: Feb 1
"Now I've heard there was a secret chord that David played, and it pleased the Lord
But you don't really care for music, do you?
It goes like this, the fourth, the fifth, the minor falls, the major lifts......
The baffled king composing Hallelujah..."
- Leonard Cohen

If YOU were an Annunaki Prince and had decided to, at some point in the future, join your conscious spirit to a new-born human soul, and you sat down to make a list of "things to do before being born", what sorts of things might be at the top of your list?
I don't know about you, but I know I would make damn sure that whatever Ape-skin I was about to zip up, was the right Ape-skin for the task at hand. For those in Rio Linda, this means gene editing. Just any ole Ape-skin wouldn't do. Can't just blindly trust the gene pool for God's sake (literally). It can't be too perfect, or even too good. Too-good genetics may produce arrogance- the balm of the forgetful. The Ape-skin can't be too tainted, either....bad genetics might seal off higher functions needed to adapt and overcome and complete the task. Without higher functions, Enki, once he is mired in Ape-ness, may not be able to remember who He is.
In short, genetics matter. Genetics take time. Genetic material would have to be prepped and nurtured over time...molded and formed and shaped...so that character traits would become hardwired into DNA through generations. A quality Ape-skin that matches the Prince's own propensities and compliments his nature. The Ape-skin was more than a mere costume.
If Enki and Enlil's scheme to save humanity from itself was going succeed, Enki needed to find a Man after His own heart to join his spirit to, in the flesh. With that Man as the blueprint, Enki would carefully design his personality, build his culture, and prepare an ideal family environment to support his OWN development as a human. This, too, is instructive.
On a historical timeline, David lived roughly 1,000 years after Job. After Enlil was convinced and the decision was set. To suggest that it took 1,000 years for Enki to find a human Man after his own heart might be somewhat discouraging to us humans, but, at least on a timeline, that appears to be the case.
Either way, we are told that they found their Man in David. The high-vibing, animal-loving, giant (and husband)-killing, voyeuristic, lead guitarist who dances naked in the front yard while live-streaming his thoughts as song. He's a lover not a fighter...but he's also a fighter, so don't get it twisted. This is the raw material. Starting point.
One key to understanding David's persona and why Enki saw himself reflected in it is to view David through the lens of his music. David is the quintessential lead guitarist. If you've EVER been in a band that had a lead guitarist, you know what this means. Now, I realize he played the harp. Don't let that fool you. The harp is a very complex instrument. I once heard a harp player in Mexico that could rival any lead guitarist I've ever heard in my life. My jaw was on the floor as the dude riffed through the Beatles' Let It Be with 16th and 32nd and 64th beat notes as if the harp were a buttery Les Paul. Apply the same surfer-swagger to David and his harp. David didn't just play. David donned his top hat, stood atop the grand piano in the pouring rain, cranked up the gain to max level, and let his guitar weep and wail. David and the gods jammed. Through whatever means of prayer David flourished in, he was able to resonate on a musical level with Enki and Enlil- using all known Hebrew names for the pair. And, just as musicians in a garage band jam together, searching for that just-right groove, using only eye-contact, and the feel and flow and the rythmn of the chords and notes as the group creates music on the fly, David and the gods wrote songs. Specifically, Psalms. David played, and it pleased the Lord.
"There's a blaze of light in every word. It doesn't matter which you heard:
The holy or the broken Hallelujah... Hallelujah, hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah."
-- Leonard Cohen
I don't believe this was a passive process of God watching from on high and sweet David strumming his tiny harp and by and by God is pleased. No. Emphatically, not that. I believe this was an actual, transcendental state- or meditatively-induced process- through which David raged and played and danced and leapt and blasted his vibrating strings and resonant voice straight to Enki's spirit, where it was HEARD and RECEIVED and LIKED and ENJOYED in the very instant it was given. And I believe that Enki'spirit pulsed and bubbled in his own energy and sent massive, rhythmic waves of musical Melam right back at David. And so, the two danced and sang and played. Enki and David jammed out. A true Master Craftsman and the Creator of the Craft. David seemed to be able to maintain this state to some extent, even as he went about the daily business of being King.
Enki, the Sumerian God of Craft and Healing, appreciated music for its depth and expression and rich emotion, AS WELL AS the healing power of vibration, particularly at various frequencies. David and Enki, I believe, understood music from a biological standpoint. You'll recall a young David once used the vibrations and the notes of his harp to ease his king's violent, psychotic episode. And just as Enki taught Moses the Melam, there is evidence in the text that suggests that David learned specific notes with resonant healing and spiritual frequencies AND UNDERSTOOD THEIR POWER within the human experience as it pertains to the divine. But whereas Moses had stage fright and wore a hoodie to cover his Melam and then still hid behind Aaron, David the lead guitarist stripped down bare-ass and bathed in it and didn't give a rat shit who saw him. Not because he was aloof. But because he was immersed. David was deeply passionate and could never get enough of a good thing. David played and lived at Max Amp Volume, Full Distortion. Enki could relate. This was the kind of soul that he chose. Naked rooftop baths and all.
All of this, and we have yet to even discuss the giant in the room. David's story has a giant in it, too. Giant of old, man of reknown. Goliath. There've been lots of giants or men of large stature and great strength throughout history. Though the Flood Cataclysm was intended to wipe out the genetic atrocities such as the Nephilim, history indicates that effort may not have been 100% successful. And, there isn't anything anywhere that says alien DNA, including Annunaki DNA wasn't added to the gene pool post-cataclysm. So, we can infer loosely that human/giant halfbreeds existed. May exist still. I see you, Shaq.
Indeed, Goliath wasn't even the only giant Philistine...or the largest. Goliath had brothers: Lahmi, Saph, and Ishbenob. There was another giant of Gath amongst the Philistines during the time of David and Goliath, of whom Goliath was said to be a descendant. This 14 ft-tall giant king, said to be linked to the Rephaim or the Anakim, had 6 fingers and 6 toes. 6 fingered and 6-toed giants have been rumored all over Earth. In the Western United States, the red haired giants of Lovelock Cave also had 6 fingers and 6 toes. Point being, giants weren't unusual. Nor were their origins in question. Examples abound. David and his men ultimately wiped out the Rephaim and the Anakites in battle, as Paiute Chief Winnemucca did the same in Nevada.
David had encounters with large beasts as well as giants. Bears, lions, maybe others. These stories stuck. They define the man. What does that tell us- NOT about David- but about the genetic traits, tendencies, and predispositions that Enki knew he, too, would need in his human journey?
Remember, David and Enki's relationship wasn't based only on entertainment and mutual self-soothing. It was necessity. David was the template that Enki would build his incubating culture upon- the same culture he himself would be born into. He wanted a nation of Davids so that HE, as a human baby, could inherit David's human expression of HIS OWN Annunaki traits. David was the best human version of Enki already, right out of the box. Man After God's Own Heart.
Enki also knew that humans would kill him. They must. Not because they are bad, but because he must show that he could go through the worst of outcomes without losing his light. Like Job. The suffering was the whole point. There is no workaround. To get past their pain, humans must transcend it. He, the Annunaki Prince, would be born with a human nature- with the stink of Ape strong in his cerebrum- not knowing his Annunaki identity. Enki knew that David's human expression of His own traits would be His best chance at remembering who He was at an early age. Everything depended upon it. He had to remember, or all would be lost. Genetics matter. Family matters. The generational nest that a child is born into has everything to do with how quickly that little human remembers who he or she is....or not. Enki needed "nature" and "nurture" BOTH on his side. Like every child. The House of David would be his generational nursery.
In David, Enki saw the raw material of the type of man who could survive anything- physically, psychologically, emotionally, etc. A man who, as a child, stood alone in the path of a charging she-bear, with the mindfulness to choose the appropriate stone, and to take all of the athletic steps needed to load and sling a stone...precisely, methodically, efficiently, and effectively. Not just once, no beginner's luck. David did it twice. Again with a lion. David did it enough that Enki saw a man who, as a teenage boy, stepped to and volunteered for a task no grown man on the scene would take on, and then completed the task with the same calmness and mindfulness with the eyes of two kings, two armies, several giants, and one Goliath bearing down on him. No one believed in David that day. It didn't matter. David didn't need them to. David wasn't afraid to fight. David was his own moral compass. David was self-aware. And like any lead guitarist, David always preferred to problem-solve with his own equipment. When pressured in the extreme, David remained grounded in his higher functions and did not revert to his Ape-ness. He did not bend to violence or revenge. He didn't bow up to Elohim and strike rocks. Like Job, he passed the test. Enki would need that, too, and saw it in David.
But most of all, Enki saw in David a man who genuinely enjoyed communicating and interacting with...well, Himself...Enki. David had a profound love for Enki and Enlil and their father Anu that drove his passion. The three enjoyed their transcendental relationship. It was a rare one. Enki knew that one day he would need that same drive...that same DNA-level familiarity with Himself so that little boy Jeshua of Nazareth might one day feel it in his bones, too. So that he, in that moment, could hear his own call...could hear Enlil's call...could hear his father Anu's call. From their 3rd eye to his. Wake up, Jeshua...
Enki saw his own reflection in David's pain, too. David suffered. Enki saw a man who grieved and raged with all his might at losing his own son...without losing his light. When faced with hurt and pain and grief, David did what he always did: he fired his emotions hotly at God- all of them- and raged as he did in worship until his vibrations were transmuted back to him as love and gratitude...and then he bathed in that, too. Such a lead guitarist.
Enki's own suffering would be different than losing a son. He knew that. Enki had a son himself. The Babylonians, in their time, told how Ea (the Babylonian name for Enki) had a son with Damtina and named him Marduk. Enki would never send his own son to die. Indeed, legends do not suggest that he did. That's unique to Christianity. What father would? It's ridiculous. Jesus himself said "Greater love hath no man than this: than to lay down his own life for his friends." He did not say anything about laying down your son's life. Nor did Jesus lay down HIS own son's life. The father/son thing is good analogy for humans, and in Jesus's case, it was literally true- he carried Enki's actual DNA (transferred to Mary by some in vitro or artificial or, at least, non-sexual means), along with the slow-cooked Enki/Enlil/David DNA that Mary already brought to the table. But let's not get it convoluted. Just as the Mischief Maker cast doubt on Himself to Eve to tempt her, he also sent Himself to die as His own genetic "son" to set a path for us all. Shape Shifter, Mischief Maker, Serpent Savior.
ANYWAY, moving on...Enki knew David's pain of losing his son Absolam. Enki felt it in his very spirit when he communed with David on a transcendental level. Empathy. Enki would have felt the vibrations and the notes of sadness in David's music- the minor falls, the major lifts. Enki knew the weight of David's pain, and he was satisfied that it would be close enough to his own. Yet, it was never about matching the pain itself. It was always about how pain is processed. In David, he saw a Man who was dragged roughly to death's door. In the moment of choice, David chose to ascend, not loop. Enki saw that, too.
BUT LAST...and NOT least...let's talk about the woman. Bathsheba. As Leonard Cohen sang, "Your faith was strong but you needed proof. You saw her bathing on the roof...her beauty in the moonlight overthrew ya." Indeed. David couldn't get a enough of a good thing. Had to have her, connived and lied and even got rid of her prying husband. David sure let it go to his head, didn't he? All that kingly power? It's almost as though he were willing to use all of the power in his grasp, right or wrong, to claim the woman he wanted. An all-out, irrational, reckless, i'd-give-it-all-for-you, prodigal love that saw little else in the moment. We tend to think of God loving David DESPITE his imperfections- DESPITE his "sin". Through this lens, we see otherwise. Enki chose David BECAUSE of the headstrong character traits that ultimately led to his darkest sins. NOT despite them. Enki could see easily enough that this passionate intensity would one day drive his own irrational, reckless, I'd-give-it-all-for-you, prodigal love for humanity itself. Enki saw that, too.
So it was that David became the Man who tamed the Gods, in a sense. For, in Job, the gods found proof that this version of the species could succeed. Through Moses, they built a nation to protect a rich culture. Now, beginning with David, they had a bloodline at the center of that culture in which to focus the very best of themselves.
