Question Of Questions

We really do complicate things, Kids. Simplicity is sometimes difficult to find. With a rare moment of mental clarity, please allow me to make it all very simple for you: 

You will only ever make one choice in life.

True story. There is really just one choice. So I guess that is good news. Maybe tell us what the choice is? Of course…

In this moment, do I loop or do I ascend?

No matter how small or tiny and no matter how significant or extraordinary, all decisions reduce down to that. That’s it. Now, in fairness, I could add a C for Wait or a D for Do Nothing, but at the end of those, there is still the choice to loop or ascend. It is the unavoidable terminus. 

Do I keep learning and repeat this choice again? Or, do I accept responsibility and move on to the next lesson? This is the Unconcious that rules our lives. This is the Fate we curse. These are the Unseen Things, kiddos. That one question underlies all questions you will ever ask.

It’s really that simple. What color is the sky? What time is it? Where am I going? What are we doing tonight? Where are my good shoes? What kind of relationship do I want? Would I be happy in that job? Blah, yada, dah…noise, distraction, comfort….Find the real question at the bottom of your spoken concerns: Is this perpetuating a loop or will this help me ascend? It is why we ask What Would Jesus Do? To get at the real question beneath all questions. Loop or Ascend?

We are either correcting our thinking and Ascending or we are plugging holes and Looping. There isn’t another option. Big scale, small scale, all scales. That is the only choice. Those are the only outcomes. Ever.
